Hello, my name is Wendi Montoya.
I am so excited to be working with John and Erika on their wonderful Destination Wedding in beautiful Negril, Jamaica! I have traveled to Jamaica many times and have stayed at this resort three times. Please don’t hesitate to ask any questions you many have.
RESORT DESCRIPTION
A sprawling resort situated on a 20-acre lushly wooded site with over 1,400 feet (426.72 meters) of white sand beach and sweeping views of the Caribbean Sea. The resort is designed for everyone; couples, singles and families vacationing with children. The resort’s architecture features a blend of Caribbean influences surrounded by tropical greenery and landscaped courtyards.
TIPPING
Beaches Negril has a “No Tipping” policy for all our team members, except Butlers and the Relaxation
Specialists at the Red Lane Spa.
LOCATION
Located on the shore of the seven mile white sand beach of Long Bay, Negril, the resort is comprised of 12
acres on the Long Bay Beach frontage and 8 acres on the garden side. Beaches Negril is approximately
50miles from the Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay.

ACCOMMODATION
All rooms include:
Air conditioning, flat screen T.V’s, iron and ironing board, coffeemaker, telephone, refrigerator, clock-radios, in room safe, IPOD docking stations, hair dryer, ceiling fan, all mahogany furniture, private bath and shower. All rooms offer a full balcony or patio, featuring tiled rooms.
For the physically challenged, we have eight ground floor rooms specifically designed with extra wide
doors and modified bathroom facilities. The most unique, private & luxurious suites Specifically designed for families vacationing together
Suite Concierge Program:
The Suite Concierge Center opens daily from 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. with a dedicated Concierge to assist
with requests including excursions, restaurant and spa reservations and just about anything you need.
Preferred check-in for all guests booked in concierge accommodations either in the Suite or at the Suite
Center including Champagne upon arrival.
In-Suite bars with scotch, gin, vodka, rum, beer, red & white wine, champagne and assorted soft

LANDSPORTS
The Resort offers outdoor games and activities including basketball, miniature golf, volleyball (beach and
pool), croquet lawn, outdoor and indoor chess, billiards, table tennis, soccer, shuffleboard, day and night
tennis, cards and board games.
WATERSPORTS
Beaches Negril offers a comprehensive array of water sports including kayaks, aqua cycles, windsurfing, hobie cats, tubing, stand up paddle boards, Underwater Vision (glass bottom) Boats, snorkeling, banana boats,
water-skiing, knee boarding, wakeboarding and scuba diving. There is unlimited Scuba Diving for certified divers.
PADI Discover Scuba Diving: for beginners is available at a nominal fee. This course will be valid for one
year and will only allow you to dive at all Sandals & Beaches Resorts. Full PADI and NAUI International certification is also available at an additional cost.
Kids Diving Program
Bubblemaker Program: The Bubblemaker program is an introduction to the thrill of breathing under water.
This program introduces scuba in a pool setting through fun games and activities. Age: 8 years and older

The Trench Town Teen Center opens from 10:00am-4:00pm and reopens 6:00pm-11:00pm. This is a supervised
area for Teens only, complete with foosball, air hockey and bean bags.
LIQUID AT BEACHES NIGHTCLUB
Liquid at Beaches Nightclub, with a nightly DJ, offers tweens, teens and adults a cool place to visit when the
sun goes down. Open from 9:00pm to 11:00pm for teens & tweens & 11:00pm to 2:00am for adults only (18yrs
& older) with a fully serviced premium drink bar.

PAYMENT AND DEPOSITS
Deposit of $200pp-$250pp (In most cases depending on flight carrier & Travel Protection is purchased)
This deposit will cover the air tickets, all-inclusive resort and the round trip airport transfers.
Everything will be taken care of in one deposited reservation making traveling easy!
The deposits will be due normally 24 hours after setting up the reservation. Immediate deposit is needed for any reservation with Southwest flights
Please do not set up a reservation if you are unable to make the deposit.
Lower deposit is only available when Travel Protection is purchased

We can still do the resort reservation and include your roundtrip airport transfers

You will need to fill out a Credit Card Authorization form on file to have your travel documents sent out.
The Final Payment
The final payment will be due 50 days prior to departure. At the time of deposit, you can request your final be made to the same credit card on the Final Balance Due Date. This is subject to change.
Payment Plans
I’m happy to work with anyone needing a monthly payment plan. Make your initial deposit. When ready to make a payment, email the amount you would like to charge and the last 4 digits of the credit card you would like to use.
If you are using a different card then what you used for the deposit then contact me to set it up.
